My dearest section:

No matter what has happened, we are still a band.
'One band, one heart, one sound'; isn't this what you all will say as
a band after every practices ?
Everyone has its own difficulties and principles in doing things.
So, there's no point blaming on each other.

Another thing that is I know you guys are tired after playing the piece
again and again. So does the person taking you guys.
It's not that easy to take a big section. It's not as easy to teach too.

Think about it, people. If just for this half an hour or so and you guys
cannot stand it, what about concert? It's even longer!
I'm playing in the woodwind quintet. I also tired. My cheeks couldn't
stand it anymore but still, I must continue playing it.
My nose was in pain when I was playing just now, still I have to carry
on playing. So, try not to complain that you're tired; this or that..

After hours of practice, you guys will be able to stand longer.
Do think of the 'advantages' of having long practising.
Yeah. That's all I wanna say. Do take care, people.
Don't always get sick. Come for band practice everytime!
